PREP IT!
2 pounds Shrimp, fresh (recommended) or frozen, cut
3½ cups Multipurpose Breader
1 Egg
1 cup Buttermilk
¼ - ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, ground
MAKE IT!
Preheat oil to 365F.
Shallow or deep fry shrimp until it floats to the top.
